Eggshell Porcelain Jewelry, Landscape and Matter

My jewelry begins with a landscape.

I was born and still live in a land shaped by stone quarries and coal mines. Those places continue to influence the way I see matter: quiet surfaces, mineral tones and the traces left by time.

I create each pearl by hand using Eggshell Porcelain, an unconventional material developed from discarded eggshells and charcoal. The result is unexpectedly light, yet hard and compact to the touch, with a surface that recalls the memory of stone.

For me, contemporary jewelry is more than something to wear. It is a fragment of landscape, a material memory and a quiet presence carried on the body.
